    We do all of our consultations over email or phone, and then we will provide an estimate over email to ensure that nothing is misunderstood.

  • All jobs come with different challenges, thus we do all quotes by the job not based on hourly rates. We will always give you an upfront quote and keep you updated throughout the job.

    If there are any price changes, we will always make sure they are approved by you, before we start the work.

  • Arvada Handyman accepts cash, checks, most debit and credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

    All payments are due upon completion.

  • Yes, we have commercial insurance in case anything goes wrong on a job site so that you can feel safe with hiring us!

  • No, here in Colorado, there is no such thing as a handyman license. There are general contractor licenses that you need for bigger remodeling jobs. As well as, plumbing and electrical licenses, which one would need to do major plumbing or electrical work. We only offer minor out-of-the-wall electrical and plumbing jobs, and for those small tasks, we do not need to be licensed. But we are, of course, fully bonded and fully insured.

  • It is up to you. We can go get the material for you, and then charge you the retail price plus labor to get the parts. Otherwise, we can work with the materials that you have ordered yourself.

    We do supply small basic things like screws, bolts, standard seals, etc. for no additional cost to you.

  • No, Arvada Handyman does not mark up any of our expenses. All expenses are passed down to the customer as retail price.
